The Honors Program requirements are outlined in the Mile High Academy Handbook under which each student began attendance. The basic requirements for all students include doing the required summer projects, participating in the Honors Symposium, maintaining a 3.0 GPA, and completing the required honors courses (see handbook) with a B or above. Please note that students, who do not have a B or above in required honors courses at the trimester breaks or fall below a 3.0 GPA, will be asked to withdraw from the Honors Program. In order to be readmitted, they must complete an academically successful trimester, apply for remittance, and complete any honors projects that were missed while not in the program.
Students are required to complete a summer honors packet and bring the finished work on the first day of school — Monday, August 24, 2015. Failure to complete the packet will void acceptance into the Honors Program.
