Hot Lunch
The prices for the 2011-2012 school year are as follows:

- Each homemade, vegetarian meal includes drink and dessert.
- Beverages (2% white milk, orange juice, chocolate milk, or organic soy milk) are available for individual purchase.
- Hot Lunch Order Forms/Menus are distributed every other Wednesday.
- All orders MUST be turned in by 9 am on the following Wednesday, signed by a parent/guardian.
- The Hot Lunch Order Form is available from your teacher (for PS-8) or the Front Desk in the Academy Lobby.Please complete one Order Form per child. Menus will be handed out every other Tuesday – High School students may pick up their menus at the front desk in the Academy Lobby. They are due back, signed by a parent/guardian, no later than 9:00 A.M. the next Tuesday (the due date will be printed on the top of the menu). Please do NOT send money back with the menu. You will be billed on your monthly tuition statement for any meals ordered in the billing period. The total payment due on your bill each month will include hot lunches, and is due in the Finance Office with your regular monthly tuition payment. If payment is not received for meals, your child(ren) will not be allowed to participate in our hot lunch program, and you will be asked to provide a sack lunch instead.

We hope that the change in billing practices for our hot lunch program will ease some of the time for both the families and the staff of Mile High Academy. It is very important that payment for meals is received in a timely manner so we can continue to provide this service to our students, and we greatly appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
